Has anyone tried the Bariatric Fusion vitamins?  I am ready to order somthing new and only 4 tablets a day!  I'm also going to call my nutritionist, but wanted to see if any of the BAF family has tried this brand before.
Thanks,
Andrea

I use them...and I LOVE them.

I still take a B-Complex, B-12, Calcium Citrate and D-3 out of habit.

I'll let you know once I try them for a while.  I'm going to order two flavors.  I was taking the Building Blocks and can not take the taste of the calcium chocolate anymore!

I think so-called bariatric vitamins are a waste and not necessarily best. Why? Because until after you have surgery, you don't know how your body will react or where you may come up short. If you end up with a deficiency, there is no way to adjust those 'one size fits all' types of vitamins. I buy all my vits/supplements from WalMart and just chew them up. My labs are good every year.

So when you first had surgery did you use the bariatric type vitamins and for how long?  That's interesting and I'll have to do my research on it.  I was trying to get away from having to take so many pills. Thanks for the info.

Nope, I have never used any of the stuff hyped towards WLS patients. I found out what I needed to take and just bought them all separately.
There is a lady on OH whose name is Vitalady. Google her website and email her. She is very good about answering questions on vits and supplements.

My doctor highly recommends and only sells Baratric Fusion out of his office. When I was in the hospital that is what they gave me. Do I like them? NOPE  But I take them anyway.

What don't you like about them?  Is it the taste or texture or both?  I am planning on getting the orange and mix berry flavors.
