Which RTD drink do you favor? I mentioned to BigSerious that you like a particular brand, I just can't remember the name.

Protein bullets are useless. One of the first ingredients are collagenic protein and they do nothing for our bypassed guts. I used to swear by them until I read the report. I was pissed like a MOFO cuz I had those tubes all over the place...purse, home, office...everywhere .

Funny thing - I FEEL FINE!!!  LOL - the pain in my back went away and my throat isn't the slightest bit tight or scrathcy anymore - I'm ready hit the gym!!!  LOL  I guess I caught it WAY before it 'set' in - I've taken two Tamiflu so far - guess that ish works!!!!

I drink Oh Yeah! protein shakes - 32g of protein per shake - the cookies and cream flavor is tha BOMB!!!!!

As for the bullets - the ones I use have Biopeptide, Whey Protein Isolate and Casein Protein Isolate listed as the major ingredient - is that the same as what you said?

I was doing the New Whey brand from GNC...that shiott tasted like thick, flavored snoot!  But *I* thought it was okay to drink so I choked it down!

Yeah - I used to use those New Whey but now use a brand called Elite Protein made by Dymatize (yes that IS spelled correctly) Nutrition.  Did you read an article online or what about that?  I'm curious to know if these bullets are made similarly.
