The pudding and crystal light are great.  I also use dry jello, instant coffee, and extracts from the baking aisle and flavored non airy creamers.

A wonderful BAFer sent me a crapload of recipes. I'm working really hard on getting my protein from food, but I still enjoy starting my day off with a protein drink.

I haven't tried jello...which flavors do you recommend?

Ohhhhh weee!!!! Thank you so much for sharing these tips with me. I was banded on 8/20/09 and have many types of protein but yet still a struggle.  So I will definitely try these things.

i am really getting tired of the isopure thus making it harder for me to get in my protein but i will try it with the crystal light. i cant drink the shakes and everything i add protein powder to it just clumps up. I wish that there was something in a consentrate that i can just drink real quick every morning. It would be much easier.

There are plenty of RTD (ready to drink) protein's out there. WalMart even sells them! Mack Mama swears by one (not sure of the name) but I will drink Muscle Milk if I'm out and about.

Add your protein to cold liquids...this will reduce the clumps. SHORTLY nuke in the micro to warm up if needed. Not too long or you'll end up with a hot CLUMP of protein.

Dang - I was really hoping for some USEFUL info in this thread - but the subject turned out to be NOT what *I* needed......

I have always been an RTD girl - have NEVER been able to tolerate a protein powder or any other thing I have to mix myself.

I DO however have a suggestion for those protein 'bullet' type drinks - they can be a lil thick and too sweet - I mix them in SF kool aid and add a lil sprite zero or diet ginger ale.

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......
