If you're having problems (or excuses) with the taste/smell/texture/whateva of protein, here are some ways to get past it:
1. Isopure takes great with Crystal Lite. Freeze until slushie and enjoy!![](http://images.obesityhelp.com/_shared/images/smiley/msn/beer.gif)
2. Drink protein with a lid. The smell is reduced and the lid encourages sipping (for the newbies).
3. Add SF dry pudding mix (cheesecake & pistachio are my faves
) or SF Torani/DaVinci syrup to your mix. Add soy milk (more protein!!!) and ice. Blend and enjoy!
4. Add one scoop of protein to cold 1/4 cup cold water. Blend until smooth. Nuke in the micro for 20 seconds. Add decaf coffee, low fat creamer and Splenda. Starbuck ain't got nothing on this!![](http://images.obesityhelp.com/_shared/images/smiley/msn/coffee.gif)
