Hey there, sorry I've been MIA on the postings most of the week, just been crazy busy.  My eating has been on point and not a ton of exercise as I prefer to be outdoors rather than cooped up in the gym and its been raining this week.  I have been massively cleaning my place, so I hope I can count some of that housekeeping towards my activity level.

I probably won't be posting again until next week since I'll be out of town a few days.

Hello.
  Going out of town today until Monday night.  I have not been very good all the way around. Must post the good with the bad. I have been working 2 jobs, picking up extra hours at my 2nd job, trying to put some money away for my Jamaica trip in Nov.  In the last two weeks I have clocked over 100 hrs at the 2nd job and 80 hrs at the regular job.  The only problem with that is my eating and exercise have suffered.  There are only so many hours in a day. And sleep is a must.  But last night was my last extra night.  I should have my Jamaica trip paid for now.  (I am going in Nov. A   jazz weekend, Warren Hill putting it on).
So I know I have gained some weight, body fat increased. But I am OK with it.  Back to the grinding board.  Have to do what I have to do. LOL.
I am going to North Carolina today. My daughter attend NC State, so going to watch her play volleyball.  I am shooting for 60% meal compliance this weekend and I made sure to book a room at a hotel that has a nice fitness area. 
See you all Monday evening  or Tuesday morning.

Good planning ahead for your trip.  Busy weeks set us back true, but we make sure its just temporary and get back on point.

Good Morning

I was on point yesterday. Food choice was good, all vitamins and most of the water down. I got in 2 miles walking and 30 on my total body gym my ab i****ting this morning.

Plan for today.

Coffee w/protein
B- yogurt and half banana
S- Ham and cheese roll
L- Protein Shakes
D- Baked fish and salad
S- Protein Bars

HW 312/SW 293/CW 190.2/GW 160

1st mini goal 250 done 04/24/09
2nd mini goal under 200 done 09/11/2009
