I HAD planned on going to the gym to workout until I was identified as the outbreak monkey with the flu virus...... DAMN!!!! So I will do a video or two at home and my free weights like I did Tuesday night.
It will be a struggle for me since I am at home - I tend to graze more when I am at home so I'm going to try to stay busy with work and keep my mind OFF the fridge.....
I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions! I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

I am still low carbing and I had a good day yesterday with the exception of getting in my water. I wish I could figure out why that is such a struggle for me. Maybe I need to set my goal for a lower number so that way my brain can wrap itself around it and go for more…LOL.
Today’s plan:
B-coffee and eggs
L-salad
D-salad with meat
Water-32 ounces or more
Exercise-walk 2-3 miles

Mine is the ass that needs to be kicked today.
The Good: All vits taken; water 48oz with 80oz total liquids; burned 1250 in 90 min of cardio
The Bad: Skipped strength training for sleep.
The Ugly: Only 638 cal for the day with a deficit toppong 2000 cal. My metabolism will be retaliating I'm sure. protein 60g, just half of my goal
carbs 22g total, 7g net
I'm starting with a shake followed by a chicken breast this morning. I will do better today, I have to. Appetite or not I am getting that protein in today.
