I plan to do the usual walking today as well as "look" at the Pilates tape that my doctor recommended for me to start. I may attempt to use it by this weekend.  My schedule is pretty full but I know I need to make time for exercising and following the doctor's ordesr if I am to achieve the best results. I received my hip hop abs workout.  Will exercise to that, today.

I ALREADY GOT MINE IN THIS MORNING CARDIO 1 HOUR. GOING BACK AFTER WORK FOR WEIGHT TRAINING.

I'm not all there physically so its cardio only.  Burned 1400 today, total 90min.

Pilates is relaxing and it works for strength and tone.  A short yoga session with a short pilates session together make a great starting or ending the day routine.
