EXERCISE-CHALLENGE Friday Check In (subbing for NUBarb45)
I plan to do the usual walking today as well as "look" at the Pilates tape that my doctor recommended for me to start. I may attempt to use it by this weekend. My schedule is pretty full but I know I need to make time for exercising and following the doctor's ordesr if I am to achieve the best results. Have a great day.
