Trying to gain weight any advice?
You are so right because stranger seems to think I'm fine as hell and people that knew me before the surgery seems to think im to skinny and ned to gain weight. I think another problem i'm having is my X called me names after the break up to try and hurt me which it did but I didn't allow him to see me hurt. He called me gushy body and boney.
shake that shyt off with the X he's an X for a reason and he only said what he knew would hurt. My body is gusy too and I HATE it and if my hubby was to say soomething about it he was doing it because he knew that was a place of weakness but be that as it may in this instance listen to the strangers who never knew you as "the fat chick" they have the best reality

I agree with Lee on this one -- I can give you many tips on HOW TO GAIN

1. Drink milkshakes
2. Eat a big piece of cake AFTER your healthy meal every day
3. Cut back on exercise
4. Drink high calories drinks
5. Eat candy, chips and ice cream for your snacks every day
Should I go on....I wish I had this problem

Thanks I am trying everything, part of the problem is you know I can't eat alot and I really dont enjoy eating i only eat because I have to. Before the surgery I use to enjoy eating after the surgery food is just not a enjoyable time. Now dont get me wrong I do eat its just that I have to make myself eat all day.
Before November 2008 my reply would simply be DON'T....it will come back in phases....but now ~sigh~ I have to say, I understand.
Please talk with your doctor or NUT about an eating plan...you want to keep the eating healthy...instead of over cardio-ing, only do the recommended amount...3 hours a week and spend the other time body-building (weight lifting, strength training, etc.)
You don't want to start eating too many bad carbs....that can hinder more than help.
However, the calories in versus calories out is REAL....
So if you were eating 500 calories...up them 800 or 1000....
I still think it is best to discuss this with your doctor or NUT...they can give good tips and vitamins...and MONITOR you...
