Trying to gain weight any advice?

Hello to everyone, my current weight is 132 pounds which is ok and I'm not complaining; however I would like to gain around 10-12 pounds.  I have tried EVERY THING and can't seem to gain weight, I never thought I would ever say "I want to gain weight" At one point my weight got up to 140 which I was happy with then I drop some dead weight out of my life which is my X-Boyfriend  and I lost the weight because of stress.  Any advise from anyone

Sorry can't help you wished I had that problem. But I have a quick question I was going to Spring to go to the Spring Jeep. Lot to buy a vehicle do they have good service.

Sorry I have been there nor have I heard any comments on there service.  Good Luck I personally drive a BMW and wouldn't recommend anything else.  Sorry I couldn't help

Try weight lifting. Muscles=Bulk=Extra Weight.

Have you talked with your NUT? Adding "good" carbs can also increase weight gain.

I have join the gym and I'm currently doing alot of weight lifting trying to build muscles.  When u say nut are you referring to peanuts of some kind or that dead weight of a nut I have let go out of my life?lol

No I have not, I was trying to do it on my own and I thought gaining weight would be easy but its not

Being an expert in weight gain,  I will give you my prescription I use:

2 packs of M&M's daily
1 pack of Oreo's right before bed
1 scoop of rainbow sherbert daily
3 Piece Chicken and Biscuit from Popeys 2 times a week.

This may not work for everyone but it keeps me nice and plump.
