Hello Everyone
Today I am going to the gym after work, upper body weight work out and 1 hr cardio.
My training sessions came to an end last week.
I am going to try to do this myself.  Personal training can get expensive, I have been with him for 6 months now and I feel I should have learned enough.

I did an ab video last night and weight work - Imma hit that again tonight!!!

Hi Barb,

We were able to walk our brisk two miles yesterday.  Today we are planning to walk from my house to the new walking track.  I don't know how far that is. If I had to guess, I would say it is at least 3 miles but probably more than that.  I will have to find my pedometer so I will know for sure.  Good luck to you as you venture out on your own without your trainer.  You are a workoutaholic so I know you will do fine.

I've been working out with a friend 3 times a week for the last month and still going strong.  She is, ironically, at the weight I wish I was!  LOL.  I'm doing water aerobics tonight to give my knees a break

Today is my rest day...last night I did 2 aerobics classes back to back and I feeling the burn! I have a personal trainer too it is a worthwhile investment with the right person!

This morning I completed 30 minutes on the ellipitcal trainer and 20 minutes on the stairmaster. I also worked on my arms and shoulders.
