I did ooookaay yesterday. Just OK. I'm renting my house and had someone come look at it yesterday so I had to go home after work and clean clean clean lol. I stuck to the plan exactly when it came to eating.

Yesterday got off track a little for dinner, was so busy with kids back in school. My sons football practice and daughter cheering practice didnt plan dinner like I was suppose to So I hate about 5 baked french fries and 1 fish stick for dinner.
That was my only time messing up. Back on track today
