Push ups are no joke.  I can do a few but I use a bench as a halfway point until I work my way up to all sets at ground level.  We both have to remember the vits today.  Heed Ms Kim's warnings!

I did ooookaay yesterday. Just OK. I'm renting my house and had someone come look at it yesterday so I had to go home after work and clean clean clean lol. I stuck to the plan exactly when it came to eating.

Today I will do better with the exercise.

Yesterday got off track a little for dinner, was so busy with kids back in school. My sons football practice and daughter cheering practice didnt plan dinner like I was suppose to So I hate about 5 baked french fries and 1 fish stick for dinner.

That was my only time messing up. Back on track today

B- cheese sticks and yogurts
L- oh Yeah protein shake
S- sf jello
D- baked fish and green beans

Hey all...I'm still hanging in there.  My eating is going well.  I'm still nursing my jacked up toe, so no exercise for now.
