  Day NINETEEN of this mission:  No Mercy and No Excuses 

A FEW OF US NEED A BACK ON TRACK DAY, ME ESPECIALLY.  ASSES IN GEAR PEOPLE.  DRINK THA****ER AND CUT THOSE CARBS FOLKS. 

TO OUR CREDIT, DID ANYONE ELSE NOTICE HOW WELL WE'RE COLLECTIVELY DOING WITH EXERCISE?  WE'RE WORKING OFF OUR FCKU UPS!!!  THATS A BIG WIN IN THE HEAD GAME DEPARTMENT.   WE EAT WRONG AND FIX IT WITH AN EXTRA WOR OUT.  NOW THATS THINKING LIKE A SKINNY *****

PROTEIN TRAIN!!!!! Eight days starting todsy.  I've got to undo my indulgences over the last few days. 

Yesterday was haphazard eating which for me is never good.  Mostly protein and protein bars or almonds but I had 2.5 oz of pretzels driving from Atlanta to the FL border  .   Unplanned carbs are the devils work.  I'm no good without weights and measures so I ate the bag instead of an ounce. 

I have four days of tallying up to do and it won't be pretty.  The pretzels were the worst of it along with some bread and foods cooked with ingredients I don't normally use anymore.

Today, back on track.  I missed my vits yesterday   (again under the chair).  My kidneys are screaming for plain water as I was on a crystal light kick yesterday too  .  I've got huge kankles and I'm afraid to get on the scale. 

I'm feeling stressed right now but I can't let things get out of hand.  I'm back on track as of right now!!!

Good Morning Marcia & BAF,

Don't feel like you are alone because carbs are my nemesis too. I know that I did not consume enough calories/protein yesterday but I just wasn't hungry.  Somtimes, the band is finicky that way.  I had three drummettes and then later I had a small salad, 2 tsp corn and a piece of steak approximately the size of a sticky note.  I did get my 48 ounces of water in as well as walked a brisk 2 miles. 

Today's plan:
B-warming up the band with coffee right now...ETA: eggs and sausage
L-salad
D-salad  ETA: with a piece of steak
Water-48 ounces or more
Exercise- walk 2-3 miles

You ate extra lite yesterday!  Where's todays protein?

This is my first real trip to carb hell.  Planning an occaisional treat has worked before but yesterday was mindless car eating on a 3.5 hr drive.  I did not bring enough 'good' snacks and was not feeling my tuna salad kit.  I should have had my tuna.  I really wanted a large Mickey D's fries or some Taco Bell.  I guess the pretzels saved me from carbs plus fat too.

I am going to have protein today but I just don't know what type of meat yet.  I will edit my post later when I decide.

I did good yesterday.  Food was on point and I exercised when I got home.  Did a couple of workout videos and some free weight work - didn't feel like dragging azz into the gym.

Today:

B - protein shake, turkey sausage, 1 slice toast
L - (the salads are getting old) salad w/cheese, egg and olive
D - collard greens w/smoked turkey neck meat, cornbread

Snacks - PB snack crackers, fruit

Looking to get 2 liters of water in - I did about 1.25 yesterday and all vitamins, of course

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

Loving the menu.  You're my idol today Ms MM.  

I'm taking from your menu and getting some collards today.  I alread yhave my smoked turkey.  Now if only there was protein train corn bread

Yesterday I was on point  DAY 2 OF 5DPT. I made it.
so today is day 3 of 5 DPT actually i am feeling less hungry. I think the cream soups did the trick. Today will be boiled eggs and tuna allday long. Water and vitamins.

NO MERCY  NO EXCUSES

I was super busy on bachelorette party mode so no workouts but I did try the push ups someone suggested from the other post and I feel them this morning. I just thought about it this morning........I haven't taken vitamins in at least a week. I'm back on that today along with water/protein.
When nothing else could help................LOVE lifted me!!!!
