**Taking the D3's due to low labs. Also no iron since I'm post-menopausal.**

Entire day:
Four - Bariatric Fusion
One- Sub B-12
Two - Sub B-Complex
Four - Calcium Citrate + D
Two - D3

So far I've takeen:
Two - BF
One - B-12
One -  BC
Two - CC+D
One - D3

I wish I could tell you the IUs or mcgs, but I only have my pill carrier.

potassium, varies by level of water retention and sodium intake

Anyone using bariatric a formula?  What brands?  Are they really better than the drug store stuff? 

I've just started usung the regular stuff and I'm a little nervous about getting all the nutrients I need.

I used a bariatric formula when I was early out.  It was expensive and unnecessary.  While I do not use generic vitamins, many people do.  Just keep a tigh****ch on your labs.

I take Bariatric Advantage B-12s (Free from my surgeon) and Bariatric Fusion complete chewable. My labs are good, well of course except for my D3. *ME* thinks they are better.

OK question, my Doctor just had me start taking the Iron and B-12 but I am taking just the regular and I see most of y'all are taking sub lingual. Should I be using the sub lingual? Also I want to switch from the chewable multivitamin, is there a sub lingual or you just taking a regular one you swallow?
Also diuretic...what kind are you taking?

OK I think that's all the vitamin question I have.
