It's Vitamin Check time.

What vitamins/supplements do you take? and have you taken them, today?

So far, I have had: 2 Multivitamins, B-12 sublingual, B-complex sublingual, B-1 (thiamin), Calcium Citrate +D, Vitamin D, Garlic, ground flaxseed, potassium, and a diuretic

Still have to take: Iron, Vitamin C, 3 more doses of calcium citrate +D and Vitamin D
