OT: Pet names for your SO
1st of all I'm not gonna mess with you Mack. It's obvious to errybody except maybe you and Stevie Wonder that LOVE is in the Air. We'll just let you keep on fighting it for a while. A sistah named The Mack can't give it up too soon, now can she.
Anyway, "Daddy Man" is one of my favorites for Jon. He loves superheros and comic book stuff. When the kids were little he often performed what I thought was super human feats of Daddiness. He would pull an all nighter, or wipe up poop or something and I would just look at him, dun dundadahhhhhh - DaddyMan to the resuce.
Now that they have grown up (7 and 9) I've watched him change his parenting style a bit. He's now a cross between Mr. Rogers and Darth Vader. It's just so endearing to me. I call him "PoppaBear".
