Sooooo, once again its time to tell the whole truth and be accountable. How was your MONDAY? Problems, comments, critiques, advice to be given or needed? Spot something in someone’s post that needs attention. Are you ready to show some tough love where it’s needed or do you need some tough love yourself?

V'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I know I'm not in ketosis; too many carbs over the last three days. I did not eat a lot in volume, but since I ate out a lot I'm scred of the calorie count, especially since I've had no execise to speak of.
I'll be back on track Wenesday for sure. Should be able to get back in the gym and on my regular diet. Tomorrow will be tough as I will be flying then driving several hours. I've packed two meals and two snacks but the water will be an issue until I reach my destination.

Today's plan:
B-coffee
L-salad
D-salad and fish (idk what kind)
Exercise-walking 2-3 miles
Water 48-64 ounces

Will be working out tonight in the gym or at home - probably at home. Damn gym is too crowded - I hate being around a bunch of 'folk'.......
Still struggling with the damn water!!! I will get 2 liters in today - NO EXCUSES!!! I'll be guzzling at my desk, during conference calls, in my car.... WHATEVER!!!!!!
B - protein shake, smart ones english muffin w/egg and cheese
L - salad w/chicken, cheese, olives and boiled egg
D - homemade stirfry
Snacks - morning/banana afternoon/peanut butter crackers

Today's plan is Spin Class
B- Hazelnut Protien Frap
S- 6 oz greek yogurt w Kashi
L- Lasagne made w/ prov, mozz, grnd turkey and spicy turkey sausage
S- trail mix
S2- after workout protien shake
D- BBQ chicken thigh and wing, baked beans, corn on the cob
S- prob some rice pudding as a treat depending on how I did today

Did great on yesterday but had a headache on yesterday evening I guess from lack of carbs but that's ok.

water will get 80 oz in already had 20 oz got 60 to go. Goal to get off at least 8 pounds off by Labor Day.

Yesterday was a very busy day, but did good. Food wise stay on target, got in my water and vitamins.
I did work out of my total body gym and I hurt like hurt today.
Food intake for today
B- Turkey meatloaf that was the first thing I saw this morning
S- Yogurt
L- Turkey meatloaf with mixed greens
after workout snack - Oh yeah Protein shake
D- Homemade Chicken Salad on Lettuce
