EXERCISE CHALLENGE Check In
Today will be bootcamp @ 12:00 then total body conditioning and African dance after work, lawd I hope I survive.
I am proud to report that I attempted my 20 min run yesterday. I didn't check my time until 13 mins in (which is good for me because I'm forever watching the clock).
I'm a lil disappointed because I had to stop and walk for 60 sec but I got right back in there and continued my run. I even added an extra min to make up for the walk.
One of these days I'll try running on the ground.

Hey there! New to the challenge/check in but my plans are to do 30 minutes on the arc trainer in about 30 minutes and then after work I have a step aerobics clas for an hour and will do some weight trainer with my instructor after class....If I am not too lazy I will do my group and strength training class before step aerobics.
