Hold my feet to the fire please! Accountability Mission Day 16 (Faith T. subbing for M.S.W.)
I have been doing fairly well....this weekend I had too much to drink. I still can't shake that part. What can I say? I'm a lush lol. I had 3 drinks last night and told myself I was just gonna have one.
Buuuuut the good news is that I'm down another 4 lbs. When I weighed yesterday I was 173!!!!!!! I had been between 177-180 for a month. I'm going to be shopping for my goal clothes vewwy vewwy soon! I love my DS!!!!
ETA: the plan
This week will be focused on weight training, I have a 5K on Sat and will get in a spin class too. I'm cooking lasagne and BBQ chicken for my main meals for the week.
