For yesterday, I slipped off low carbing temporarily to have some lima beans with a couple of bites of cornbread...yummy!
Today's plan:
Exercise-just got back from walking three miles.
B-warming up the band with coffee, two pieces of bacon in a little while
L-salad
D-salad and blackened catfish
Water-64 ounces
I managed to get in more food and I am finding it easier to get to the gym.
I am really glad I am keeping my diet in check.
My only struggle is the desire to have a Coke!
I use to drink about a six pack a day..., but after watching Dumping videos on YouTube,

I have managed to fight temptation.
Today's plan is to get in all my protein.
1 mile walk/run
Shake for breakfast
Fish and veggies for lunch
Shake for dinner
Upper body circuit training
As much water as possible

I did good on eating but KNOW I didn't get enough water in - that's been a crazy serious challenge for me lately!! I am going to get it down today - NO DOUBT!!!!
About to go grocery shopping and start cleaning/cooking for the week...........

Yesterday I had this new ice cream by blue bell, chocolate nutty, somehting like that. I should never have bought it. If you like chocolate icecream with nuts you will love it. It will have to be on on my weekly cheat list.
