My BAF Vet Good Duty Post for the week
I really feel guilty not being on BAF and offering advice and support...so I will try once a week to ensure I post something substantive. I will try to respond...if I don't respond immediately, don't hang me ~smile~
Important notes to ask your surgeon:
1. If you are having RNY, PLEASE ask him the size of your new pouch.
2. Ensure they give you a food list for various stages (i.e. clear liquids, liquids, pureed, solid)
3. How long can I resume sexual activity?
4. Will I lose my sex drive?
5. How long do I refrain my alcohol?
6. (for women) I have severe abdominal cramps and I know we are not allowed to take NSAIDs. I would like my OBGYN nurse to work with your office so that I can be sure I am taking an approved medication for my menstrual cramps--(really, I did this and it worked wonders!)
7. I have dry skin, with the water intake being limited early out, can you recommend or prescribe me a cream for my skin?

I focus not on my disabilty; my focus is on my ABILITIES.
