THE WORKOUT OF A BRAND NEW 46 YEAR OLD HOT CHICK

1. So I got up and ran for an entire hour.   (nothing new)
2. I got on the floor and did 250 sit ups (not 500)
3. Got on my pull up bar did 32 pull ups ( wrist is sore)
4. Hit the floor again did 25 boy push ups  (trying to work my way to 50)
5. Came home ate a bowl of Fiber cereal
6. Put Tiger Balm on my sore hip
7. Wrapped up my creaky knees
8. Took a pain pill for my achey back


THIS IS WHY I'M HOT  !!!!

From one 46yr old to another.
We are doing the darn fitness thing, we proabably can outdo most of these 20 some yr olds. LOL

P.S. My knees are pretty achy too  now from this mornings weight work out and the run after, LOL LOL LOL

Damn.  I am 33 and MIGHT could do .25 of any of the shiot you got listed.

I gotta get back on the grind - looking at this shiot got me feeling bad for being a lazy sommabiotch.

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

Hey, did you ever finish the program from the book? I'm gonna break it out this week. Still a lil nervious about doing those daym crunch things on the ball at the gym in front of errybody! LOL

I didn't fini**** because I ended up having surgery - I have, however, restarted it and I'll be damned if it doesn't work!  LOL

I'm gonna start tomorrow. I have studied the moves and gonna take photo copies with me so I don't forget em. The only part I'm worried about is how they point out that you shouldn't do too much on the non-weight days. I love my classes so much and I go runnin often, not sure how it will affect the book's routine

It was MM that was doing the Goddess workout book,  I purchased the book but those workouts are not for me.   I don't want to look like a goddess,  LOL.   I concentrate more on heavy lifting, free weights,  push ups and pull ups.  

I never got the results I wanted from a gym and I lived in the gym.   It wasn't until I broke ties with it that I got the muscle growth I wanted.     I'm a X girl for life.

Yup still runiing. I start in my club's 10K program 9/19. I'm excited and nervious about that. Running 6 miles 3xs a week will be hard, but I'll try it. My beginner's program ends next Sat and we're having a big 5K race and a party afterwards.

I really wanna concentrate on weight lifting but I would miss my group. I hate working out alone that's why I love my classes and the running club so much. But everything I've read says that you can't be a serious weight lifter and train for races at the same time. My muscles won't have long enough to repair and get bigger before the next strenuous workout. We'll see what happens.
