Bootcamp?

Has anyone tried one of these programs?  I got some info yesterday on a program that will last six weeks and include yoga/pilates/cardio for 90 mins sessions once a week.  I am thinking about doing it so that I add some variety to my exercise but am afraid that I will have a heart attack and die in the process.  I can see the headline now with photo and it won't be pretty. 

Any thoughts... comments... feedback?  I would appreciate the benefit of your experiences before I dive into the deep end of the pool on this one.  Thanks....

Love Boot Camps.   I don't like spending time in gyms anymore because they are just not effective for me.  

It was not until I started doing boot camp type workouts that I got the real results I wanted.     I have over the past 2 years done 3 different boot camp type programs and got pretty decent results. 

Haven't lost any dam weight but built a lot of muscle,  depeneds what your looking for I guess.

I love bootcamps!  I am curretly doing one now.  We meet Mon/Wed/Fri every week.   90 dollars a month and you go as long as you want.  Highly recommended you go at least 3 months to see the max results,  Like Lee.  the gym is so boring and I do much better with group excercise/ bootcamp

Thanks for the feedback.  I had my first session on Saturday.  I thought I would die about half way through it.  But I think it will be good for me.
