Sorry I responded so late yesterday. Looked like the BAF had already shut down for the weekend. Not sure if I’ll be online again before Sunday night so I may not get a chance to reply today.
Sooooo, once again its time to tell the whole truth and be accountable. How was your FRIDAY? Problems, comments, critiques, advice to be given or needed? Spot something in someone’s post that needs attention. Are you ready to show some tough love where it’s needed or do you need some tough love yourself?
Anything new to share? What has worked, what didn't, what was a total cluster fkcu? How are you revising your goals?

V'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
Multiple sclerosis is kicking my ass so there will be little exercise for a few days; but, I’ll be pumped full of drugs on Monday so I should be back at the gym by Wednesday (I hope). For now I’ll have to stick to a low calorie burn rate with yoga or a walking DVD. I’m so scared the drugs and lack of exercise will cause weight gain.
Except for the calorie deficit due to lack of exercise, I have all passing grades for the day.
Vits, water all on point.
Totals for the day: Calories 1194/ protein 109g/ carbs 57g (40 net carbs)/ fats 59g/
Liquids 80 oz of which 48 oz was water.
Calorie deficit is a sad 262 based on a lowered rmr of 1391 cal
I need to figure something out. I HAVE GOT TO GET OUT OF THE 180'S!!!!!

Yesterday wasn't as good as I want to went school shopping last and we end up eating out. I went to Hard Time Cafe and got the chilli salad with extra sour cream. I didnt eat about 7 bites before I was fill as hell.
Didnt get all of my protien in and got most of my walk, The only exercise I got was walking in the mall for 3 hours with the kids.
today has been a good day so far.
B-Protein shake
S- crab salad w/5 wheat cracker
L- crab salad
D- Baked Tipala with spinach.
S- protein Water
It has raining here today so will workout on the Total body gym.
