EXERCISE CHALLENGE Check In
I did not make it to the gym yesterday. Had some major stuff to do for my job which took me all day.
I am on my way out the door, I plan to do my plan for yesterday.
Lower body weights and 1hr cardio.

Nthing today or yesterday. I havn't been at my best lately. I'm going to listen to the body and resume when its ready.
