I started out on a 12 day mission counting down to my 6 mo post op followup.  Yesterday was my last day... technically. 

Yesterday:  Food wise all passing grades and an incomplete for exercise.  I got some extra cardio in but I did not get to the strength training routines.  I have makeup work to do today.  I also exceeded my max on the liquids so I have some edema.  Excepting the above its an all pass day:
calorie deficit, 1657/  calories consumed 1221/ exercise calories burned 1442
protein 135g/ carbs 53g, net 31g/ fats 57g  liquids 96 oz, 48 oz water

I declare phase 2 of my mission a success, only liquids are slightly off target.  Days 6-12 mission summary for my fused version of the protein train/ body builder's diet, average daily numbers for the week:
Passing:  calorie deficit, 1319/  calories consumed 1189/ exercise calories burned 1076  protein 115g/  carbs 53g, net 31g/ fats 61g
Failing:  79 oz liquids, 38 oz plain water  (Failed by 1oz/2oz respectively)
Lbs lost, 4.0   Inches lost 1.5  I now fit my size ten zero stretch jeans perfectly!

Total 12 day mission, average daily numbers:  All goals met. 
Lbs lost, 4.8 ( 179.6 lbs to 174.8 lbs)  Inches lost 1.5
calorie deficit, 1319/  calories consumed 1068/ exercise calories burned 955  protein 115g/  carbs 51g, net 29g/ fats 49g  92 oz liquids, 43 oz plain water 
 
Next step:  Ketosis: lower carbs to 20g; keep higher calories around 1200; keep fats around 50g; raise protein to 120g.  My mission seems to prove I loose better this way.  This has been my best week since wls.  Next week I'm on weight gaining drugs so we'll see how it all pans out.

I need to keep going since I am making some progress (and my appt was moved back two weeks).  So I continue on...

Yesterday was a good day, and suprisingly I didn't work.  Usually my diet goes out the window when I don't have some type of schedule to stick to.   Got all my water in, eating was on point.  The only thing is I didn't walk as far as I'd like to,  it was raining and storming here, plus my joints were sore like I'm an 80 yr old, so I popped a vicodin and napped and stayed indoors. My weight stayed the same.  I think I'll go back to once a week weighing.

  Good day.  A daily weigh in is not for everybody.  What works is what counts.

I'm *****in about the scale not moving but did I move my a$$ yesterday? NOPE....so I can't say ****! I had a turkey burger throughout the day...broccoli.....my shake......more veggeies...and a protein bar.....and 80 oz of water....but being on myself I can't get down if  I did not exercise...I cleaned out a clutter room the whole day and was just dog tired.....Today I have ballroom classes so my dance partner better get ready...I plan to sweat today!

All vitamins in yesterday and off to a good start today.

Water was good yesterday, not great but good.  Today is starting off good, I already got 20oz down.

Food....yesterday was a bit shaky but I got it together at dinner time.

Today is going good started breakfast with an omelet with turkey sausage and 2% cheese.  I have fruit and yogurt for snacks and salad for lunch.

Exercise was good yesterday cardio, today will be the same.

I did ok yesterday but I hit the gym this morning. I'm trying........I'm trying.
