I was just sitting here thinking if I added up the carbs/calories from yesterday that it would not be pretty. I tell you what...I feel rejuvenated and I am back on the journey today until next Saturday the 29th when my honey and two of his classmates are having their 45th birthday bash. After this month, I will be giving up low carbing for a while and jus****ch calories in and to up my exercise to get the calories out.

b- boiled eggs
l- baked chicken breast and brocolli cheese
d- baked chicken breast and green beans
Gonna have to do something more drastic so will start the 5 day pouch test on Monday. Gotta kill this carb monster for real.

I JUST got back from exercising at the gym - figured since I am working from home today - I would take advantage of the moment.
As for lunch - I think I will 'treat' myself to a grilled chicken salad from the BBQ place here in the hood - Ionknow how they grill that damn chicken, but it's gooder than a mug!!!! LOL
