Hold my feet to the fire please! Accountability Mission Day 14
I am lazy today! The eating was good yesterday until dinner I had a grilled cheese sandwich (to much bread)
I had Corn Pops this morning for breakfast. I have fruit and yogurt for snack and I don't know what's for lunch yet.
All vitamins were taken and so far so good today. The water is coming along nicely.
I failed to exercise yesterday but today I promised my girls a jump rope competition.

My Thursday was great. I got my walking in too. I never do too well on the water. I plan on riding the train/atkins through next Saturday evening then it is party time
. I will resume in September with another plan. I am debating right now of what plan to try next to trick my mind and my body into losing additional weight.
Today's plan:
B-Coffee
L-Salad
D-IDK for sure but probably a hamburger without the bun
Water-48 ounces
Exercise-walk 2-3 miles
