I plan to do well today too.
On another note, I got my results from my blood work and my vitamin D was a little low. I have to start taking yet another dayum supplement!

Please, please, PLEASE....stay up on those vits! Even though I take my calcium with vitamin D, I STILL have to take extra!

Yesterday started well and fizzled. I'v felt lousy lately and I finally just gave in to the sleep that was calling me. Numbers are not good.
calories 933 vs 1200-1300 goal
protein 92g vs 120g goal
fats too low, carbs too high due to two fruit only meals
no exercise vs 1000 cal burn goal
cal deficit a paltry 549 cal vs 1000-1500 goal
I missed my last two doses of vits so I only took half and just half my water too.
I'm hitting the protein hard today. I feel like crap but I hope to have a little energy for some cardio, but definately not my full routine.
The positive: I'm down another 1.4 lbs and with a BMI of 29.8, its official: I AM NO LONGER OBESE!!!!!
Yesterday started out very good. I got in all my water, food and vitamin but no exercise it that time of the month and my back is killing me this month no energy to do nothing.
I will try to work out today but still hurt real bad. Oh also I had a craving for a Wendy Taco Salad and this is the first time that I went to Wendy since surgery. I didn't eat much of it but it was so good.
Plan for today.
5 am- Oh Yeah Protein drink
630 am Protein Coffee
S- turkey and cheese rolls
L- Turkey Meatloaf
D- baked halibut and spinach
S- Protein Shake
