EXERCISE CHALLENGE Check In
I hit the gym this morning - 15 min cardio then full body free weights.
I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions! I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

Today is cardio, body sculpt, yoga/ pilates but I doubt I'll get it all done today. I'll be pushing the cardio first. I also have yesterday's body sculpt to do.
