Today was day 2 of week 6 on the couch to 5k; I can't believe that  I did two 10 min. runs.  It's crazy when I first started the 90 sec. run I was huff'n a puff'n and when I got to the 3 min. run I was so close to vomiting it ain't funny but now I could even stand to run a little longer left up to my lungs, my legs and mind are another story (I'm just bored out of my skull on the treadmil).

Anywho, After work is step class and lower body.

Yesterday I did zumba for the first time.  I want to try it again somewhere else because I don't quite trust the moves she was giving us I need to compare it to another class because it wasn't quite like the classes that I saw on youtube.

Just getting in from the gym and grocery shopping. I did 40 minutes on the elliptical trainer and consulted with a trainer.
