He Dee girl I see you still hanging in here. How are you? Everything is good with me. I'm 3 months prego with the 4th little one. This joker has made me gain up to 200 lbs already so you know I am freaking out. I was standing still at 177 before pregnancy & now I've reached 200 lbs. What the hell am I going to do for the next 6 months?

put yourself on a healthy eating regimen and work out routine NOW....don't give in to cravings by allowing yourself that one free day a week.
lean protein, green veggies, fiber, dairy....tailor it for your specific needs.....for instance
Bkfast.....special k cereal with skim milk and splenda with 1/2 banana or strawberries, dry wheat toast, and green tea
Snack.....1/2 cup skim milk, special k crackers, and cheese (calcium for baby)
Lunch.....tossed salad with grilled chicken
snack....yogurt
supper....grilled fish/chicken, turnip greens, brown rice, etc....
Lots of water....
walk 30 minutes a day......
