I am currently floating around in my clothes but using belts to keep me leveled.

the last thing I bought was a halter dress from dots....I love that cheap place. I'm trying not to buy much because it's getting frustrating being in between sizes all the time. Plus, I have a line of people waiting like.......when will you be out that size.

On this board people favor NY&Co so I'm thinking of giving them a try soon. What do they sell? What sizes do they go up to? I've never shopped there before.
When nothing else could help................LOVE lifted me!!!!

Gurllll - NY and Co is CRACK!!!!

They have good trendy stuff for going out and work clothes - accessories too!  If you sign up for their rewards program, they pepper your email with coupons that keep you going back!

Size wise - they go into the plus - 22 to 24, I think.  I have been living there for a minute!

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

Hello my Name is Tanya and I'm a clothes *****

Seriously, I've got so many articles of clothing I could open up a damn store In my master bedroom I have two HUGE double closets...both full to the MAX....plus shoes...and clothes stored in plasic bins in the bottom and on shelves in the closets. Then in my guest bedroom (I Love saying that now that the kids are out the house ) I have one double closet in the there and a single closet...well I have the double closet full to the max and my G-baby's clothes are in the other closet. My daughter has her stuff in a dresser in there and had the NERVE to complain that I have consumed all of the closet space with "more" clothes and that I have "too many as it is now" Like it's her damn bidness

BUT I will tell you that I'm a cheap ass heffa...yeah I can admit it See I manage money for a living so I'm really good with my personal finances as well....so here's where I shop...

*thrift stores
*yard sales
*exchange clothing with friends & family members (love that I'm small enough to do that now and even smaller than some of them)
*local ads posted online

Yeah that's right! I can also tell you that almost everything I own is name brand and great quality. All lof my business suits...formal wear...casual...work out gear....all of it except undergarments and those I get from VS and I will spend a few pennies on those cuz they're important

Oh and I never go by size cuz I can wear anything from a 12 to 16 on the bottom and a medium to a extra large on top So I have to try EVERYTHING on.

This past weekend I picked up a Talbot's skirt and top at a yard sale...price...$2.00 for both pieces.

I bought some swim shorts yesterday and two pair of straight leg stretch jeans last Thursday I believe.  I shop only great deals right now and things that will fit if I lost ten pounds or so.

I must say that I love clothes and shopping.  As a matter of fact I am still having withdrawals.  The last thing I bought was in July right before I left on a birthday cruise which was 3 capri pants and 2 shirts purchased at the Avenue.  Normally I shop on a weekly/daily basis via internet and in store.  I knew that I would be having the surgery this year so I have really be frugal......this explains the withdrawals.  I figure by Christmas time it's going to on and I can't wait......
