V'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I got all vitamins in and missed the water by 2 oz.
Today will be better I look forward to the accomplishments of today.
I jumped on and off the scale half a dozen times this morning because I'm down 1.6 lbs from yesterday to 175.0. I know for most wls people its no big deal, but I have never lost so much overnight. Even during my first two post op weeks, I did not loose a pound a day.
I haven't had time to update my numbers yet but my grades are as follows:
Failed - Calories are about 200 over plan of 1200 for the day. I burned an extra 400 in pennance during this morning's cardio.
Passed - Protein was extra high, carbs adequately low and fats on point. Exercise done and calorie deficit also on point. I've had 88 oz liquids including 40 oz plain water.
One pound to go and I am no longer obese!

Now for the numbers:
Calories, not as bad as I thought at 1304 with a calorie deficit of 1498 for the day.
prot 146g/ carbs 43g, 14g net/ fats 61g All vits taken
Yesterday was a very good day food on point, All water, vitamins and exercise on target.
I did walk 3 miles but want to walk more the got caught in a thunderstorm so run home.
Today plan
B- Turkey bacon, scramble wth cheese
S-Protein Shake
L- Baked chicken
S-ham and cheese
D- Turkey Meatloaf with Kale
HW 312/SW 293/CW 190.2/GW 160
1st mini goal 250 done 04/24/09
2nd mini goal under 200 done 09/11/2009

I am sober so far today - brought a banana as a mid morning snack, will have salad for lunch and just leave me alone bout my dinner!!!!!!
and umm - Imma sweat later on tonight..... could be in the gym, could be not.....

For me everything went well yesterday. I got on scale and was 2 pounds lighter I'm not sure if it's water but i'll take it. Got all my water in plus some and vitamins. Got a pedometer and it read 7.31 miles on yesterday.
