ARM & THIGH TIPS

Hey everyone!

 I am having a big issue looking at my arms and how flabby they are....they are HORRIFIC!! anyone know of any arm tips i can do? i really dont want to do to many weight lifting because i dont want to be MUSCLE bound looking....lol but lawd knows i need help before its too late!!  now my thighs need help to...but SURPRISINGLY not as BAD as the arms!!!

I DONT EVEN MIND IF THEY ARE SMALLER AND A LIL FLABBY OR BATTY, it will sure beat the way they are now!! soooooo  HEELLPPP......somebody!

Arm exercising won't 'bulk you up'. Lifting weights will burn the fat on your arm.. Lift lighter weights with more repetitions. As for your legs, squats and leg lifts will help too...

Oh they will??? ok! I thought i was heading in the wrong direction with the weight lifting.  I do it every now and then but i want to boost it up some but scarred i will be building muscle instead.  Thanx SBOYD!!

dumbbells, pushups, pullups.   I have fabulous arms.  LOL.   Well I do     and I got them from lifting very heavy weights,  but you don't want to be muscular and that is what I am so you may not want to listen to me.

Lee when you gonna start posting the exercise post again.  Or start another program.  I need your enthusiam for exercise to wash over me!!

April you are just to cute on that avie. 

I am checking out Shawn T's new Insanity workout program.   I am still running and haven't been posting cause there are a couple of people doing workout posts and I don't want to step on anyone's toes.  

I keep getting BL messages asking for motivation though, so I suppose I will do something soon.

Aww thanks Lee!!   Gonna have to check out this Insanity Workout...probably not something I should try...lol.  You have no idea how much your posts keep me moving!  I running at least one day of the week still and I tell you what its has definitely helped when I do other cardio!

April I completely agree with you Lee got me started and kept me motivated to exercise and I really miss her motivation we need you Lee!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ahhhh    you guys are so sweet.   I am going to get going again just really trying to decide what exactly.   I was thinking that since so many women have such arm and belly issues doing something along that like with cardio OF COURSE.     Still testing the waters.
