Hold my feet to the fire please! Accountability Mission Day 11
Well - I have always tried to plan my day out at the beginning of the day - and if I choose, I will sub whatever my plan was - I do that because I found that without ANY idea, I would come up with the WORST choices...... I would go grab something from Wendy's and NOT the simple chicken wrap, but the nuggets with fries, knowing it's a worse choice. But if I 'set' my head for one thing - I move pretty well on 'auto' pilot.

I screwed up yesterday. I didn't do any exercise but I'm back on all my vitamins, got in all my water and I didn't have any snacks. Today I plan to increase my protein intake and get on my elliptical when I get home........no excuses - no mercy!
I found some weights at salvation army; they are 12 pounders.......how do you know if it's too much or too less? I'm trying to tone up my arms.

Twelve pounds is heavy to start out with. Concentrate on your form. If you can maintain good form with such a heavy weight it may be fine (and damn you're strong). You'll want to do fewer reps starting with heavier weights. The final rep should be challenging but never painful and you should retain good form to avoid injury at all times.
