the scale has been stuck for the last 3 or 4 days... i added a little more carbs to my meals...but i have been in a funk about possibly being laid off from my job......actually tried to seek refuge in food and got full fast...so i know that part of my bad habits is over....i plan to turn to more exercise when i feel stress...ok that's my daily check in.....

I had a good day yesterday food was on targe****er and vitamins on point. But I didnt get any exercising in due the matter spent the day pampering my twins for their 13 th birthday.
So far today on point
B- turkey bacon and eggs
S- protein shake
L- baked chicken wing and mustard greens
S- turkey slice and cheese rolls
D- chicken salad with eggs
S- protein shake.
Working on my 3 bottles of water right now.

Thanks MSW I will do that today I will walk extra 2 miles to make up for yesterday and I did receive my total body gym today will let you know how it work

My monday was good - eating was on point. Today is real good - didn't snack at all this morning, about to eat tha bomb azz salad for lunch - I'm angling for a steak for dinner.......
I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions! I'm saving on the newsstand price.......
