Were you on point yesterday?  Time to tell the whole truth and hold yourself  accountable.   

How was your MONDAY?  Problems, comments, critiques?   Any questions?  Are you aware of your strengths and of any opportunities for improvement?  So far, have you been sucessful or not so much?  Think beyond the scale.  Are you mastering your head issues too?

Share what's working with the rest of us.  Also pass on, what didn't, and what was a total cluster fkcu  How are you dealing with setbacks and frustrations?

My Monday was good. Stuck to my meal plan,water, vitamins, and exercise. Got in 2 miles of walking instead of 3 like I planned because it's 100 degrees here in Houston.
 
Today's meal plan
b- bolied egg and cottage cheese
l- chicken salad
d- chicken breast and cucumbers

Gotta get rid of 9 pounds by Labor Day.
NO MERCY NO EXCUSES!!!!

I have about the same to loose by Labor Day.  It will be a tough one.  I may have to add a few extra minutes of cardio each day.

I was on point yesterday and dropped another 0.4 lbs bringing my total to 3.0 lbs.  Yipeeee!   Grades for the day:

Water, supplements and exercise, all good. 
Passed - calories 1204/ protein 99g/ carbs 59, 39net/ fat 60g
Passed - exercise cal burned 1328/ calorie deficit 1556

Higher calories and fats seem counter intuitive but for the last five days its working.  
                               5dpt lost 0.8 lbs   
                               5 days of high fat higher calories 2.2 lbs lost

Who knew???

Monday was ok

I thought I did good on the food front.

B- Mini Wheats w/soy milk
S- fruit cup
L- salad greens with turkey and cheese, roasted red pepper dressing
S- yogurt cup
D- BBQ shrimp and greens
S- 3 regular chips ahoy

no exercise, I was exhausted yesterday.  All vitamins were taken and I actually got in 64oz of water.

So far so good for today, I only have one more calcium pill to take.  I have been sipping water; but I feel a little sluggish so I will have a piece of turkey for my first snack, hopefully it will help.

Exercise will be cardio on demand.

I must admit that I am getting tired of this journey.  I just want to eat CARBS! 

Today's plan:
B-Coffee
L-Pork chop and mustard greens
D-Salad
Water-48 ounces

I hear you.  Its not that I want carbs, but I'm just sick of obsessing over everything I eat to hit my calorie, protein and carb goals.  If I have this then I can't have that, etc...

my Monday was not a good day diet wise. I do not deal with stress well and tend to find comfort in food.

Anywho I was down 1.0 lb on the scale yestrday morning.

B: starbuck's (the devil!) Grande Non Fat White Choclate Mocha
     Starbuck's slice of bananna bread

S: Slice of pepperoni pizza left from work party last week.

L: Left over's from the Outback

D: Cold Cut sandwich and salt and vinegar chips from Jimmy John's

The one thing I did do right is after work I got in a 2 mile walk despite the hot and humid weather here
