Loosing to much weight , but Dr. thinks I am doing great.
When I started this journey I wieghed 233lbs size 20 to 22 and now a year later I am 105lbs size 0 to 2. I am veing told I look great but I am scared i am loosing to much weight and that I may waste away. I am eating as much as I can. I snack alot on stuff like sugar-free cookies and cake, baked chips and lots of fresh fruits and vegatables. I try to get in all my vitamins and proteins and water. My husband tells me to just eat anything I want I could stand to gain 20 to 30 lbs, but I'm afraid it I start gaining i will be back where I started from, can someone anyone advise me on what i should be doing? My surgeon thinks I look great.

You're still kind of early out. The farther out you get, the more nutrients your body will be able to absorb - it adapts over time. Complex carbs like whole grain breead might be a good addition to your diet. Nuts and seeds have healthy fats and are calorically dense. Stay away from the junk food. If you get into the habit of eating that kind of stuff, you might regain more than you bargained for.
Weight training could add some muscle mass to your frame plus make you look toned.
Could it be that you're just used to seeing yourself large and can't accept that you might be meant to be petite? Your doctor seems to think you're doing well.
