I had a wonderful last week lost total of 7 pds and I am closer to my Labor goals.
I doing the protein train for the next days. I back in the gym 5 days a wks and walking 7 days. I just over the weekend order the total body gym to that I can work out 2 twice at home also.

I've down but I'm not out........I'm getting my head back in the game....I've been feeling crazy lately and eating like I didn't have surgery. It's cool though.............one day at a time. I'm planning to get my water/vitamins/protein in all week........we'll see what happens.

I've been stuck here for the past 2 weeks but this week is a stall buster. I'm going to try my best to stay away from the salty snacks.
I'll up my water and protein and hit the gym twice per day 5 days per week I already made my schedule.
I've got 2 weeks to lose 20lbs for the challenge. I know I'm not going to make it but I would surely like to get about 7lbs off for 100lbs lost.

I have been very discouraged. I am only losing on average one to two pounds per week. I don't know how to lose more than that. I spoke to my Angel last night by phone and she gave me some ideas and tips to jumpstart me. So I am going to give that a try. But I have been consistent with my water, exercise and vitamins. I am not getting in my protein and I don't think I am taking in enough calories. So I guess we will see. I know I am not going to make the Honeymoon challenge though.
Hi Honeymooners, I haven't been around much, been going thru some stuff. Anyway, my new goal for this challenge is to make it to Onderland by Labor Day. I think that I will make it and it will be the first time in over 10 years that I will see a 1 in front of my weight. My progress is slow but it is coming along.

I am still 9.5lbs away from my challenge goal but my stall is broken. I'll be working towards ketosis over the next few weeks. High protein, very low carb with more calories and fat than usual. It seems to work or me far better than my nutrition plan.
