EXERCISE CHALLENGE Check In

On my way to the gym
Lower body and 1 hr cardio.
Last week I kinda slacked on my cardio, that is the only way I am going to get this extra fat off, so this week's goals are to hit cardio hard.  Aim for twice a day.

Its my freestyle day so no real plan.  Maybe a 30 min video or an hour (or less) of circut training depending on my level of ambition.
