Orange Juice
I drink 4 oz of 100% juice daily and I am 3 months out too. Most days its orange juice but sometimes I switch it up with apple or grape. It helps keep me regular and I just cant guzzle water all day, I need variation (I dont use sugar subs so crystal light is a no go...they make me ill).

I LOVE orange juice but I had to give it up when I had WLS!!
It's too sweet and too acidic. Most juices contain far to mauch natural sugars for us.
I've tried watering it down ~ that does not help.
I drink sugar free cranberry juice if I have to have juice (mostly I just drink water).
