Worked over night so gonna take a nap and then hit the gym
I HR cardio, I think the stair master and then an interval run.  May do legs today.

Today's plan is to walk around Rice University. It's a 3 mile walk oe time around.

The plan is to run on the treadmill 3 miles and do 15 mins stairclimber. Tonight when I go home Boot Camp DVD for me.

Hi Barb,

My doc recently recommended that I start a beginner's pilates DVD program.  Do you have any recommendations?

I just bought Pilates Core Challenge with Ana Caban but I don't knoe if its any good yet.  I want to check her out online before I open it.  The main reason I picked it up was because it includes two workouts, 18min and 40min long.  I like the option of a short quick session.

For today I've done an hour of cardio.  Later, body sculpting and muscle building.

Pilates for Dummies is great. I have it and may need to dust it off tonight. I have been very busy today and didn't make it to the gym.

Faith ~ I'm thinking of starting that as well.

I plan to do 45 minute jog/walk on the treadmill and 15 minutes on the elliptical this evening.

I'm going to try to do a mile at lunch.
When nothing else could help................LOVE lifted me!!!!

Busy day today, started out with a CTScan at 7 a.m. and then off to one meeting after another. I will rest or may do Pilates for Dummies.

This will be great for me to keep up with my workouts!

Monday- 20 minutes treadmill & 70 minutes with the Personal Trainer doing cardio & weights
