Finally the scale has moved for the first time since 7/27. I'm down 2.6 lbs. I still need 9.5 lbs by Labor Day. I'll be seriously cutting the carbs this week.

I'm still here. I've been able to maintain a regular workout schedule of 3 or 4 days a week, but my monthly hormonal weight gain has increased. So, instead of gaining and loosing 3 or 4 pounds a month, I'm gaining and loosing 5 or 6. I'd hoped to be on my way to my all time low, but this new pattern has me on the run.
