Yesterday was not a good day, LOL.
I am PMSing and I gave into the chocolate cake at work. 
So today is a new day to start again.
I am going to Jamaica in Nov. , just found out yesterday so now I am really going to work hard here.

Chocolate .  When you're that close to goal and still working your program hard you deserve an occaisional treat.

I did gooder than a mofo yesterday - and today is going pretty well.  i had a marathon shopping trip with babygirl to get her school stuff squared away and now, I am eating my sweet n spicy turkey chili with some tortilla chips and a wine cooler - about to break out the work laptop and lay down some science on they ass so I ain't gotta hoof so hard when I get in for this week - that's about it for me! 

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

I did ok just yesterday was a very busy day for me the boys had a football scrimmage from 2 - 5 pm and it was hot as hell outside I did a lot of drink and didn't eat until I got back home. But I did eat breakfast before I left home here what I had yesterday.

Breakfast @ 6 am - boiled eggs and a piece of turkey bacon
Snack 42 gram EAS protien shake
Late Lunch spinach & chicken pizza 1 1/2 slice didnt eat the crust
Dinner - halibut fish and spinach
snack 42 gram EAS protein shake

I did walk 2 miles late last night.

I had a bad weekend.  I had too many activities to properly plan my meals.  Considering that, my eating wasn't too bad, it was the drinking and having no real workouts that messed me up.  I did a lot of walking Saturday though.

But, I know, No Mercy and No Excuses

Yesterday went well....it was our annual church picnic, but I only ate fruit .  Last night I did 2 on demand workouts!  My husband's class reunion is over Labor Day weekend.  How many pounds can I lose by then????
