How was your SATURDAY?  Problems, comments, critiques, advice to be given or needed?   Spot something in someone’s post that needs attention. Are you ready to show some tough love where its needed or do you need some tough love yourself?

Yesterday was good, I started out w/2 eggs and 100 calorie bread, protein drink after my workout, deli ham and peppered jack cheese, another protein drink, and had crab legs, small potato, small corn on the cob, sausage, also 3 bites of cheesecake,last a few nuts.
Today I purchase more protein drinks RTD from COSTCO. I will have protein drinks for breakfast and lunch and then a high protein meal for dinner. This is really back to the beginning stage for me. I am tired of being fat.

You go girl.  It's all a mind set.  I think you need to eat a little  more food, if I were you i would add 2 protein snacks to that meal plan.  Do you like cottage cheese, or tuna wit a few multi gran crackers, my trainer lets me add low fat mayo to my tuna and I i load it up with egg whites to add more protein.  A mistake me make is not eating enough.  we think less is good, but the way you work out also you need to eat more protein.  Just a little friendly advise.
Good luck this week.  I need to recharge my battery.  Had cake and junk yesterday at work.  I am PMSing and isn't it terrible what those hormones make you do LOL

I am having my tummy tuck in December and I need to get off as much weight as possible. I felt very very very fat last week.

Happy Sunday to all!

My band was not very cooperative yesterday.  I was not able to eat until yesterday evening and I had about 1/4 cup of potatoes with sausage.  I did not eat anything green/leafy yesterday but to my surprise this morning the scale states 190.5.  Almost there....I can feel it!  I guess dancing until 2 this a.m. helped me out with my exercise

Exercise-BF and I walked very briskly for 2.0 miles
B-I just ate at 10:45--Bacon and eggs
L-I will not have any because I ate breakfast late
D-Salad and small amount of potatoes
Water-16 ounces so far with the intent to have 64 in by the end of the day

People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas. ~Author Unknown

Hooray I lost another 0.4 lbs today bringing my mission total to 2.6 lbs. 

Yesterday was good.  Water, supplements, exercise all on point.  
Calories, pass - 1050, slightly down but I did a lower burn cardio
Protein, pass - 107g
Carbs, pass - 24g/ 18g net
Fat, pass - a whopping 56.7g
Calorie deficit, pass - 1117 (hence the lower calories)

I find it odd that I lost only 0.8lbs on the 5dpt but in three days eating so much fat I drop 1.8lbs, over twice as much.  I definately have some research to do.  I may be proving why Atkins does not restrict fats.  I will, however, be sticking to the good fats.

Yesterday I worked so I only had coffee until midday.

B=coffee
S=baked Lay's chips
L=stuffed shells and cheese
D=bowl of cereal (yes I was being lazy)

By the way I was down 1 lb when I hopped on the scale yesterday

Sometimes cereal is the perfect dinner.  Pick up some protein bars for an easy breakfast.
