V'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
Today I purchase more protein drinks RTD from COSTCO. I will have protein drinks for breakfast and lunch and then a high protein meal for dinner. This is really back to the beginning stage for me. I am tired of being fat.
Good luck this week. I need to recharge my battery. Had cake and junk yesterday at work. I am PMSing and isn't it terrible what those hormones make you do LOL

My band was not very cooperative yesterday. I was not able to eat until yesterday evening and I had about 1/4 cup of potatoes with sausage. I did not eat anything green/leafy yesterday but to my surprise this morning the scale states 190.5. Almost there....I can feel it! I guess dancing until 2 this a.m. helped me out with my exercise
Exercise-BF and I walked very briskly for 2.0 miles
B-I just ate at 10:45--Bacon and eggs
L-I will not have any because I ate breakfast late
D-Salad and small amount of potatoes
Water-16 ounces so far with the intent to have 64 in by the end of the day
People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas. ~Author Unknown
Yesterday was good. Water, supplements, exercise all on point.
Calories, pass - 1050, slightly down but I did a lower burn cardio
Protein, pass - 107g
Carbs, pass - 24g/ 18g net
Fat, pass - a whopping 56.7g
Calorie deficit, pass - 1117 (hence the lower calories)
I find it odd that I lost only 0.8lbs on the 5dpt but in three days eating so much fat I drop 1.8lbs, over twice as much. I definately have some research to do. I may be proving why Atkins does not restrict fats. I will, however, be sticking to the good fats.
