IT'S BEEN SO LONG SINCE I'VE BEEN ON THE FORUM

Hello Everyone,

Its so good to be back here on OBH and the Forum...As we all have probably experienced in our journies we all sometimes stray away from the very crutch that got us where we're standing today...So I just want to say hello to everyone. I hope all is well with you all....I'm still trying to maintain my weight although even though I am a weight loss counselor now, I am still plagued by the same challenges as some of the same people I treat for obesity....It's STILL a struggle. I can say " I AM AND ALWAYS WILL BE A BIG GURL AT HEART..... Today I stand at 5'8 and 163, which is 16lbs ABOVE my goal weight....Other than that, God has been truly blessing in my life. I'm alive and well. I hope that I can still be an inspiration here on the forum as I was once that wandering lost person full of doubt and questions and never would have believed in a million years that I would be who I am today. With that being said, you all be blessed and feel free to ask me any questions you might have for me.....BY THE WAY, I'VE UPDATED MY PICS...........

Heeeey My DS sistah!! Good to see ya back. I've already gotten my mind right that the biggest challenges are ahead of me. Losing these 85 lbs so far was a breeze, but I know they gonna have me working to keeping all the weight off!! Bout to run out the door so I'll check your pics when I come back!
