LOL!!! I went to the gym today and NAILED it!!!! very good workout, if I do say so myself *polishes fingernails on shoulder**
Stocked up on my protein supplements yesterday (payday - not a day too soon!) and so I had 45g bullet for breakfast with two slices of spam and low cal toast
For lunch (right now) I am eating the sauceless hot wings from KFC and baked beans - no clue what dinner will be - my plans for tonight are open ended so I may be going out - might not.

Sorry lasting posting been out in the heat all day with my sons football team they had to play four games today and I am dead tried.
I had a wonderful day yesterday got down 80 oz, that the first since my surgery. I had about 90 gram protein i should be sick of fish.
B- Protein Shake
S-- 1 oz salmon
L- 2 oz salmon
S-protein shake
D - baked chicken breast
S- sf pudding
Tomorrow I start the protein train. I got on the scale this morning and was down 1 more pounds. I should make my Labor day goal.

I did just order my Total Body fitness machine and I walk 3 miles this morning,
