Time to tell the whole truth and be accountable for whatever it is you're working on.  You set your own goals so no *****ing about them now.  

How was your FRIDAY?  Problems, comments, critiques, advice to be given or needed?   Spot something in someone’s post that needs attention. Are you ready to show some tough love where its needed or do you need some tough love yourself?  

Share anything learned that you can pass on to the rest of us.  What has worked, what didn't, what was a total cluster fkcu? How are you revising your goals?

                 I've lost 1.4 lbs    

For the day I ate:  Scallops; steak; several oz of peanuts (calorie dense but light); and 1 shake for the day.  The peanuts added loads of fats but brought up my total calorie average without bulk.  I had my full 80 oz of liquids including half water and I took all of my supplements.  Exercise all done. 

My goals need adjusting.  The ratios I stated yesterday require far more food than my pouch will hold.   This is a work in progress so I have modified as follows:   protein minimum 100g/ carbs under 50g net/  fats no goal, to be adjusted daily to meet calorie goals .  Calories should average 1200 daily with a 1000 to 1500 calorie deficit on average.

Yesterday's totals:  Pass or Fail
Calories, passed -  1394 cal (made up for yesterday's shortfall, yea!)
Protein, passed - 107g
Carbs, passed - 44g/ 32g net
Fats, passed - 95g (whopping but its working)
Calorie, deficit  passed- 1678 calories

I  did better today!!!  Yea!!!

Congrats on losing 1.4 pounds!

I did have about 1/4 cup of spririt's revenge daiquiri last night and then decided to pour the rest back into the container in the freezer and it is a good thing I did because I did not have a loss/gain this morning when I got on the scales .  I believe that small drink probably knocked me out of my ketosis.  Other than that little slip up, I did well again on yesterday.  I have decided that today I will not have my splurge meal because I want to see the magic number within the next few days.

Today's plan:
B-I am not hungry for some reason
L-salad
D-salad with steak
Water-64 ounces
Exercise-Walked a brisk 1 mile at the walking track and later dancing the night away

LOL...all I keep saying to myself is 189.9 or less ...it is sooooo close I can see it!

Hey Faith,
   That is not nearly enough food for the day, you need a couple more small meals that contain protein.  You don't want to slow down your body's metabolism. I know you want those numbers to change crazy as it sounds we gotta eat the right things every few hours to keep the body working hard. And like my trainer would tell me, you should have had breakfast anyhow, you are not eating for you, you are feeding your body :-)
Sample of my meals for the day
B-Oatmeal or some type of cereal with soy milk
S- Protein( shake, cottage cheese, tuna)
l- Some type of protein, small baked potato/sweet pot. or 1/2 cup rice with 1 cup veggies
S-Protein again
D- Protein and veggies
I also eat 2 small apples throughout the day.
Just tying to be helpful.

I understand Barb. I usually don't skip breakfast because I know how important it is.  However, when I woke up I felt like if I ate something I was going to explode...I already had a full feeling.  I actually haven't eaten anything today as of yet.  I had two bits of sausage and couple swallows of diet soda.  From time to time my body takes me through these changes.  Thanks for the suggestions, I will take them into account when I feel like I can eat without .

I was decent yesterday. I worked too daum long and didn't exercise. I got in my 100g of protien and also had a Rita's water ice and a soft pretzel from the Amish Market. Everything else yesterday was clean choices. Hey it coulda been worse. Instead of getting the big water ice, I got a kids size one. Small changes....small changes lol

Today I already ran my 4 miles with my running club and thats it. The plan is

B- RTD Choc shake
S- Blueberry greek yogurt w 1/4 C Kashi Go Lean Crunch
L- 12 Chik-fil-A nuggets
S- homemade trail mix
S2- Caramel Protien Frappachino
D- hubby's takin me out for my pre B-day dinner....who knows

The main challenge I have today is that I'm hittin the club tonight. I want to go back to not drinking anymore. Well let's not get crazy. I said I can have one drink a week. I had a cosmo...ok 2 cosmos last night when I came home. I worked 19 hours yesterday and just needed a lil sumptin supmtin.

Keep your fingers crossed. I'm going to a gay club with my bff tonite and the drinks there are soooo good! And plus aint nobodt tryin to holla at me anyway.....gotta do something!!! LMAO

Umm well I hopped on the scale this morning and nearly had a haeart attacak when I saw I was up 4 lbs!  In my head I know I'm PMSing, but dang!
