Hold my feet to the fire please! Accountability Mission Day 7

OH NOOOOOOOO,   

I ain't gonna lie I fell off the wagon and it ran me over.  Starte with dinner at Outback last night.  I'm going to start that new program I told you about Monday and I'm just trying to maintain until then.

I did drop 5 lbs doing the 5 day pouch test.

Check out my score card for yesterday.  Never found the damned wagon to begin with.    We both had better seriously do better tomorrow.
