Morning all!  Yesterday was pretty good overall.  I went to the baseball game with my coworkers....I had to get some Dippin dots ice cream...but ate clean for the rest of day!  Last night I attempted Jillain Michaels "No more trouble zones (or something to that affect).  It was definately a struggle.  She goes a lot of ab work, push ups, etc and it was difficult for me, but I'll keep trying!

I struggle to keep up with her videos but it is so worth the effert.  Good going at the game.

  whispered, "No Mercy, No Excuses"  Am I gonna get a beat down today!

I made a complete cluster fkcu of yesterday. 

I had a pepperoni & veg omlet at noon,  lc pasta w/ chicken six, and peanuts at nine plus 1 1/2 shakes for the day.  My liquids amounted to only 48 oz including just 8 oz water and I took zero supplements.  Not nearly as ugly as the former, I deferred my half hour yoga/ pilates session to this morning.  What I did get right was my body sculpt and aerobics routine and nothing else.

My goals over the next week:  Follow modified body builder's fat loss plan.  Ratio of :
       50% protein minimum 100g/
      30% carbs, mostly fiber and other non digestibles, avoiding sugars and keeping net carbs under 50g/ 
     20% fats with focus on good fats. 
Calories should be at 1200 (70% of my rmr for a sedentary lifestyle) which gives me a 500 calorie a day deficit (equates to a pound per week weight loss) without exercise.  Meals at about three hour intervals. 
Exercise plan as usual.  Six days, alternating routines and one light day. 

Yesterday's totals:  Pass or Fail
Calories, failed -  982 calories, under 1200
Protein, failed - 92g, under 100g and 50% of total
Carbs, failed - 54g net carbs, over 50g net and 30% of total
Fats, failed - 37g, over 20% of total

Calorie deficit - 1745 calories

I will do better today, I swear. 

ETA:  BTW, I did not loose 1.8 lbs on the 5dpt as previously reported. 
I only lost 0.8 lbs! 
Makes me wanna just cry!!!

Telaya... the dots weren't too bad, considering you were at the game and all.  LOL

Now, with that said, I did OK, till it came to dinner....I kinda went out last night and drank a couple glasses of wine.  I didn't eat dinner before leaving home, so I got hungry and stopped and got some chicken nuggets from Wendy's.

I also skipped my evening workout....I only walked at lunchtime.

At least you got part of your work out in.  You just have to double up on the rest tonight. 

As for Wendy's nuggets?  How bad are they really, is it the high (fried) fat content?  The portion looks fairly small so I thought they may be ok.  Never had them.

The work day sucked, I only ate the chicken from the salad and was to busy to get my snack in.  Dinner was good, sauteed chicken breast and green beans, one tablespoon of Edy's Peanut Butter Cup Ice Cream (all I could tolerate).

I didn't get a chance to do the Wii, but I was grooving with an Itunes list my son made me of old school music; hard dancing too.

All vitamins and supplements taken.

I am on mine every single day,  just trying out new programs to try for my next adventure.  Still hating this running but haven't stopped.

Haven't had a dam M&M in a month and today is the day I will correct that.  LOL.   I still love my babies.

I am in search of something that will challenge me as much as the X that will allow me to continue to losing weight like running does.

1.  You answered my first post with helpful tips on the benefits of running.
2.  You're always doing well, running yourself to skinny so we can use your shining example.
